The grapes are harvested by hand and pressed directly. All handling is carried out under carbon dioxide protection in order to preserve the delicate aromas of the Grenache, until the start of fermentation carried out at low temperature, from 15 to 18°C. The wine is aged on its fine less for several weeks before being bottled.
