Made from three dessert apples grown on Hush Heath Estate, Cox, Russet and Bramley. The Balfour Winery winemakers treat the cider like a sparkling wine. The apples are fermented separately and then blended to precision with a wine yeast chosen for fermentation. The result is a clean, crisp and wine-like craft cider that sits between dry and sweet.
