Ki No Bi (The Beauty of the Seasons) is inspired by tradition and is distilled, blended and bottled in Kyoto. It is created with Japanese botanicals such as yellow yuzu, Hinoki wood chips, bamboo, gyokuro tea and green sansh? berries and uses a rice spirit base. Best served in a cocktail or with a premium tonic garnished with Yuzi peel.
