A very smooth gin with a lightly sweet profile in which the raspberry notes underly juniper and coriander before culminating in a peppery finish. Designed to be drunk with food, Pinkster goes particularly well with fish and chicken. It makes a deliciously dry gin and smooth G&T, served with good tonic and garnished with raspberry and spanked mint.
