A light, spicy flavour with a hint of butterscotch and vanilla. Wonderfully smooth, short with a warm finish. Produced in small batches using yellow corn and red winter wheat as opposed to traditional rye for a smoother, softer flavour. The casks are aged for a minimum of 6 years and each bottle is individually hand dipped in wax.
